Meet the Founders

We’re Elena and Andrian, the couple behind In FoRest.

After years of traveling and staying in hotels around the world, we knew exactly what we wanted to create: a small, design-led place where the forest is the reason you come, but comfort is never the compromise.

We found twelve acres near Harpers Ferry in 2025 and have spent the time since turning that idea into In FoRest—twenty cabins shaped by the details we’ve always noticed as travelers ourselves.

There are construction drawings where cabins will eventually stand, survey flags between the trees, and considerably more discussion about septic systems than we ever anticipated.

By Summer 2027, there will be twenty cabins here.
