THINGS TO DO
WHILE YOU’RE HERE

You can do a lot at In FoRest.
You can also do absolutely nothing.
SLOW DOWN
Some cabins come with their own private sauna and hot tub, but you don’t need to book one to warm up.
Our communal sauna is there for long sessions, cold days, and that very specific feeling of stepping outside into the forest afterward.

GATHER AROUND THE FIRE
Every cabin has its own private firepit for quiet evenings close to home.
When you feel like being a little more social, head to the communal fire area. Bring a bottle, meet your neighbors, or settle in and watch the fire until you realize it’s much later than you thought.

COOK OUTSIDE
Our communal outdoor kitchen is made for meals that take a little longer.
Fire up the BBQ, make pizza in the oven, bring something local back from town, and eat outside among the trees. Some nights it might be dinner for two. Others might turn into a table full of people you only just met.

PLAY A LITTLE
Pickleball. Basketball. Pétanque. And a playground for the little ones.
Come for a game or accidentally get competitive. Let the kids play while you pretend you’re not keeping score. The courts and outdoor spaces are here whenever you feel like moving between all that sitting, eating, sauna-ing and staring at trees.

FIND THE RIVER
Walk down to the river, find a quiet spot and stay awhile.
It’s part of the landscape here—not something you have to drive somewhere else to experience. Bring a book, dip your feet in the water, or simply listen to it move through the forest.

LOOK AROUND
Not everything at In FoRest is here for a practical reason.
Art will be scattered throughout the property—pieces and installations hidden between cabins, along paths and among the trees. Some will be obvious. Others you may only notice on your second walk past.
We want discovering them to be part of staying here.

COME TOGETHER
Our event space is designed for gatherings of up to 70 people—from celebrations and private dinners to retreats and creative weekends.
And this is only the beginning.
We’re planning yoga sessions, workshops, chef dinners and other gatherings that give you another reason to come out of your cabin.
