Harpers Ferry has a way of making a two-day trip feel like a proper vacation. There are mountain trails, river adventures, little historic streets, wineries, and plenty of reasons to take the scenic route.

We haven't built a hotel before. So naturally, we're building one in the forest.

We're Elena and Andrian.

In 2025, we bought twelve acres near Harpers Ferry with the idea of creating the kind of small hotel we've always loved staying in: thoughtful design, genuinely comfortable rooms, and the freedom to spend your time however you like.

Since then, we've been learning an extraordinary amount about architecture, construction, hospitality, and septic systems. Especially septic systems.

We're sharing the process as we go, and we'd love for you to be part of it.
